About
CAROW LER Working Papers is co-hosted by two university research centers:
- The Center for Applied Research on Work (CAROW) at the Cornell University ILR School, which connects research on work with the practice of putting it to use, through training, convening, and the development of new tools.
- The Centre for Industrial Relations and Human Resources (CIRHR) at the University of Toronto, a leading Canadian center for research and graduate education in industrial relations and human resources.
This series is a joint applied-research output focused specifically on industrial relations and employment relations — distinct from CAROW’s other research hubs (AI and Work, Care Economy, Workforce Mental Health) — though cross-cutting submissions are welcome.
Papers are circulated as working papers, not final publications: they have not necessarily undergone peer review, and their findings and conclusions are those of the author(s), not of CAROW, CIRHR, Cornell University, or the University of Toronto.
